ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Senior Office Assistant for our Middletown Primary Care practice.
As a Senior Office Assistant, you are the first point of contact between the practice and the patient and is responsible for creating a friendly, welcoming calm and efficient environment for the practice.
The Senior Office Assistant serves patients with poise and compassion virtually or on-site, fields phone calls, answers patient questions, schedules new and follow-up appointments, registers patients and updates record and represents the entire practice every time there is interaction with a patient. In Addition, The Sr. Office Assistant assists with the training of Office Assistant staff and provides guidance to Office Assistants with workflow questions.
Office Hours :
- Monday : 8 : 00am -7 : 00pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday : 7 : 00am- 5 : 00pm
- Thursday : 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm
