Job Description
Pride Health is hiring Nurse Manager-Case Management to support our client's hospital facility in Wilmington, DE. This is permanent, full-time job opportunity.
Shift Time : Day Shift (Hours : 8 am - 4 : 30 pm) No Weekends or Holiday
Location : Wilmington, DE
Blended Pay Range : $87,000 to $127,000 annual with benefits
- Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, and education.
Summary :
Looking for an energetic, motivated Nurse Manager for our Case Management Department to manage the daily operations of the Care Management department staff and to provide effective and efficient discharge planning services to patients in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements consistent.
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS :
Daily contact with Physicians, Case Managers, Patient Financial Services, HIMS, and Managed Care Organizations. Frequent contact with the nursing department, ancillary departments, healthcare and referring community facilities and agencies. Regular communication with Directors, Physician Advisors, and Social Work.
Education, Experience & Leadership Requirements :
Delaware RN License or compact state RN License
Bachelor's degree required.
MSN or MBA preferred.
5 years' experience in Case Management in an Acute Care hospital setting is preferred.
3 years supervisory / management experience preferred.
All candidates must be able to maintains required documented hours of relevant continuing education related to licensure requirements.
