Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with one or more Occupational Therapists
Complete a minimum of 32 visits per week
Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment
Requirements:
- Requires 1 year of experience as a COTA
- Home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required
