At ChristianaCare, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Full Time LPN, you will play a critical role in supporting our Home Health team in the Newark, DE area.
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, including administering prescribed treatments and educating patients and their families on disease processes and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Provide care for cardiac patients, individuals with Foley catheters, pulmonary conditions, ostomies, and other complex medical needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
- A current DE LPN license or compact state license is required. One year of LPN experience is preferred, as well as previous home healthcare and med-surgical experience.
