ChristianaCare, a leading healthcare provider, seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join its dynamic Rehabilitation Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware, and certification such as CCC or CF. Experience working in acute care settings is preferred, but strong candidates with relevant skills and qualifications will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders using comprehensive assessment methods
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs and goals
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families to promote effective communication and swallowing strategies

Education and Qualifications Requirements

A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required, along with licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.

Certification such as CCC or CF, as well as CPR Certification, are also necessary.

Experience working in acute care settings is highly desirable, particularly for those seeking to become certified as a Certified Fellow (CF).
