Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous RN to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Weekend Incentive Plan RN, you will work day shifts for 12 hours over three Fridays and Saturdays out of every four weeks, as well as two holidays annually.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement results-oriented, patient-centered care plans that align with available resources.
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment start date.
- A valid Delaware RN license or compact state license is required.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience, preferably in home healthcare and med-surgical settings, is preferred.
- The ability to administer IVs or willingness to train and perform IV functions is essential.
