We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team in the Delaware Beaches area. As a Geriatric Nursing Specialist, you will provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Educate patients and their family members on care, disease process, and nutrition.
- Engage in planning for discharge of patients.
Requirements:
- A current DE LPN license or compact state license is required, along with one year of LPN experience. Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes incredible work-life benefits, tuition assistance, and two different mechanisms toward planning for your retirement.
