About the Role
The Home Health Care Professional will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care services to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
- Accompanying patients to medical appointments and therapy sessions
- Encouraging patients to engage in simple exercises and activities to promote independence and well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a CNA or Home Health Aide training program (75 hours or greater)
- Proof of valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Maturity, empathy, and excellent communication skills
