Job Summary: We seek Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Private Duty Nursing department in Newark, Wilmington, or Kent/Sussex Delaware. As an LPN, you will provide overnight care ensuring patient safety and comfort while parents and caregivers sleep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
- A valid Delaware LPN license.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute or chronic care facilities, or home health agencies.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Long Term Care experience is highly valued.
Orientations: Mandatory attendance at two-week daytime orientation in Camden and subsequent field orientation on night shift, along with occasional weekend shifts.
