Our Private Duty service serves patients across Delaware, and we are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team on a per-diem basis.
Schedule Flexibility:
- Per-diem LPNs can choose from various shifts, including overnight care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring the patient's safety and comfort.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring the patient's safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate care with the family, the patient's physician, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive, and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Delaware LPN license with one year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Associates degree or completion of an accredited LPN education program.
- Work experience in an acute or chronic care facility, or home health agency preferred.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Must be able to attend a two-week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient-specific field orientation on night shift.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
