We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Weekend Incentive Plan RN position.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to geriatric patients with compassion and attention to detail.
- Maintain IV proficiency through ongoing training and development.
- Develop and implement results-oriented care plans that prioritize patient needs and available resources.
- Create discharge plans that ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
A minimum of one year of RN experience is required, with previous home healthcare and med-surgical experience preferred.
