Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with one or more Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Complete a minimum of 32 visits per week, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Engage with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to support their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA.
- Prior experience in home health care is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license and active auto insurance are essential.
