ChristianaCare's imaging department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time MRI Te chnologist working at The Tatiana Copeland Breast Center .
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Performs primarily breast MRI and other imaging procedures as defined by departmental protocols; researches implanted devices prior to scanning.
- Performs other diagnostic imaging as skills permit.
- Assist with the coordination of workflow and patient care activities.
- Completes transmission of optimum quality images to PACS system, performs QC on scans.
- Performs clerical duties when necessary and / or needed.
- Obtain clinical history regarding reason for examination and obtains appropriate consent.
- Associates Degree in Radiology Science
- RT Technologist experience required
- ARRT Registered Technologist - MRI board certified required
- Delaware license
- Flexibility in hours and duties is required
