Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment.
- Complete at least 12 visits per week.
Requirements
- Requires 1 year of experience as a PT with appropriate licensure.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance required.
