ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapistto join our dynamic and cohesive team of therapists in SouthernDelaware; specifically in the Delaware Beaches and surrounding area.
As a Physical Therapist you will :
Collaborate and lead one or more Physical Therapy Assistant
Complete a target of at least 12 visits a week
Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment
Requirements :
Requires 1 year of experience as a PT; appropriate licensure.
Home care experience preferred.
Proof of a valid drivers license and active auto insurance is required.
