ChristianaCare is seeking a per diem Out Patient Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services for individuals who require rehabilitation after injury or disease.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans with family-specific goals and timeframes
- Provide patient and family education and training
- Maintain accurate documentation related to patient care
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR CF Certification
- CPR Certification
