Job Title: Full Time RN
Location: Lewes and the Delaware beaches
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. Our highly skilled staff provides exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community, working closely with families and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources
- Develop discharge plans for patients
- Must be IV proficient; training provided upon hire with expected proficiency at 90 days
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- One year of RN experience
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions
