- Scheduling – team management & logistics including travel
- Assist in preparation tasks for Compliance Department new and existing clients
- Plan, track, and manage team goals, project timelines, training, licensing, travel, expense reports, and new information
- Complete forms, reports, and collect signatures
- Participate in department meetings
- Evaluate the potential for process problems and develop solutions
- Manage project-related paperwork ensuring that materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Communicate with clients regarding needs, if necessary
- Assist in proposals and billing
- Be an active participant in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Associates of Arts Degree required, with no specific field of study preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff.
- Able to work autonomously while seamlessly integrating with a remote team based in the U.S.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to organizational excellence.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Hours are normally Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
