About the opportunity:
We are looking for Sr Systems Analyst (JDE) for our BTS team in India.
Responsibilities:
Working with user groups, develop credible recommendations for the optimal use of technology (current and future) to suit the business requirements. Identify less visible cross-boundary business needs through a deeper understanding of business processes and challenges.
Through an understanding of the capability and limitations of technology, influence the business owners to adopt realistic system solutions. Provide options and alternatives.
Create specifications documents and report designs using best practices, and work with the Business Analysts/Developers to ensure understanding and usability. Assist with testing and evaluation processes.
Analyse user and process problems and design programs, applications and reports to solve these problems.
Apply system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems and custom reports.
Interface with users, on occasion, to understand business and system issues currently being modified to ensure quality of design and end user satisfaction.
Stay up to date with toolsets available for programming languages currently being used.
Guide, direct, mentor and coach Application Development Group as pertains to projects and enable growth.
Lead small development projects for interfaces
Provide detailed project tasks

The experience and skills we value:
7 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne development
5 years of design and development for applications, and reports.
Experience of analysing user and process problems
Experience writing SQL for JDE tables
