We are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time. In this role, you will handle customer service, policy processing, billing issues, and quoting home and auto insurance, allowing our agents to focus on meeting with clients and growing the agency. We offer a competitive base pay of $15-18 an hour with opportunities for career progression into an Associate Agent role for those who excel. • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and client inquiries.
• Manage billing issues and payment follow-ups.
• Process paperwork to issue and update policies.
• Contact late-payment clients to ensure timely payments.
• Quote and compare home and auto insurance policies.

• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Task-focused and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and Excel.
