Why This Role Matters
The Marketing Studio Coordinator role will play a vital role in supporting the Americas Marketing Team at Christie’s. The role is responsible for collaborating with leaders across the team to maintain timelines, calendars, and track status of open work for the New York-based, cross-functional marketing team. This role will play an integral role in maintaining clear communication to support Americas led marketing campaigns.
How You'll Make an Impact
Coordinate jobs across marketing strategy, video, design, editorial, and social teams to maintain a holistic Americas calendar at all times.
Assist in opening jobs, setting due dates, writing briefs, and assigning workflows to maintain accurate and smooth production schedules.
Collaborate with global and UK counterparts to best represent the Americas on the global calendars.
Maintain clear organization of campaigns so teams can quickly identify work in progress, publishing timelines, and overall status through different filters (category, time period, channel, etc.).
Responsible for escalating at risk timelines, capacity constraints, and other challenges to senior leaders.
What you’ll bring to the team
At least 3 years of experience in project or marketing management.
Knowledge of timeline process management and 360 marketing campaigns.
Proficiency on Monday.com
Strong organizational skills and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while quickly raising concerns or changed priorities.
A natural collaborator able to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Confidence to speak up and be a vocal, if junior, member of the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication and strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of art and artists with an ability to understand and showcase knowledge of various movements, time periods, and cultures.
