specializing in handmade, artisan-driven fashion and jewelry. As part of our expansion, we are

seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our supply chain and procurement

operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our business operates efficiently, delivering the

right products to meet our real-time demand while optimizing cash flow and inventory

management.

Role Overview : The Operations Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of the supply chain,

procurement, and inventory management to support the growth of Christin Marie Studio. The

ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing direct material manufacturers in Asia

and local distributors in Los Angeles. They will implement strategies to balance product

availability, just-in-time procurement, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supply Chain & Procurement Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with direct material manufacturers in Asia

and local distributors in LA to ensure quality and timely procurement.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to control costs and secure favorable

payment terms.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.

Develop and implement a scalable inventory management system across multiple

e-commerce platforms.

Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and adjust procurement schedules for

just-in-time inventory, reducing excess stock and stockouts.

Track and manage SKUs to ensure accuracy and synchronization across

platforms.

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment to

maintain efficient operations.

Collaborate with the customer service and marketing teams to ensure the supply

chain supports product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand shifts.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, supplier

lead times, and fulfillment accuracy.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer

satisfaction.

Create and maintain demand forecasts to align procurement plans with business

objectives.

Manage budgets for supply chain and procurement operations, optimizing cash

flow through just-in-time purchasing.
