Duties
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the dental clinic.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as needed.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical billing processes.
- Process patient information using computerized systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support for medical administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experience and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in 10 key typing and familiarity with medical billing procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems used in dental clinics is advantageous.
