What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator (Floater) position at Christine S. Rausch, MD?
We are searching for a self-motivated, high energy FULL TIME (5 Day Work Week) PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join our dedicated, patient-centered team, in our Offices.
Duties to include, but not limited to;
- Assist with answering incoming phone lines
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow up care
- Coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
- Explain policies, procedures and/or services to patients using medical or administrative knowledge
- Responsible for the Release of Medical Records and disability forms
- Provides administrative support to Physician and Management Team

Compensation:
Hourly Rate | 40 hours per week | Bi-weekly Payroll with Direct Deposit
