Summary: Senior buyer will lead a category in buying, strategic sourcing, replenishment, contract, and cost improvements. Leads selection of suppliers, maintains cost accuracy, and procures all materials and services for the organization.
Education/Experience: 1-4 years' experience as a buyer in healthcare and/or relative supply chain experience and/or relevant 4 year college business degree. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Advanced system skills such as excel or the buying system. Pursuing additional college or master's degree.
Licensure: APIC or other supply chain qualifications preferred but not required.
