Christman Pool Service is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Retail Associate to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our swimming pool store. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and want to work in a fast-paced but fun environment, we’d love to meet you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing expert advice on pool care
- Test water samples using our in-house water lab and recommend treatment plans
- Sell pool chemicals, parts, and related products
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
- Process transactions and handle basic register operations
- Receive and stock product shipments
- Answer phone calls and help schedule service appointments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn about pool chemicals, equipment, and basic water chemistry (we’ll train!)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and staying organized

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 8:15-5:00, Saturday-9:00-2:00
