Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our company as a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Instructor, teaching at a prison facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in educating and uplifting inmates in their journey to become productive citizens upon their release.
Job Summary:
- Serves as a training instructor in the Cognitive Behavior Intervention Program (CBIP) at a Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) facility. This position has direct responsibility for the delivery of classroom training of the CBIP material provided by the Christopher A. Pugh II Center (CPC).
- Ensures the training program is implemented and delivered in compliance with the Christopher A. Pugh II Center (CPC) and the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supervising or administering a training program.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate towards achieving organizational goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions that align with the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred with an emphasis in social work or psychology. Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- The applicant must be able to commute to the following location: Mountain City, TN
