Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in driving sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The hours required are Tuesday - Friday 9:30 AM to 6PM and Saturdays 10:30AM to 3PM.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
