Outside Sales Representative

As an outside sales rep you will be the face of Christopher Equipment, forging strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Conduct site visits, equipment demonstrations, occasional deliveries, and client meetings to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the equipment rental, construction, or industrial industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
