Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will apply the principles of marketing and administration by performing the following duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Marketing Manager with various projects as directed
• Assist with Event Coordination and attend all events
• Take photos and video as needed and provide them to the Social Media Manager (event photos, walk-thru videos, videos requested by Social Media Manager, etc.)
• Schedule and assist in coordinating all photoshoots (production homes, models, social media, events, etc.). 
• File, label and organize all photography and videos on N Drive and SharePoint Folders
• Maintain and distribute Advertising Schedule, Weekly Web Report, Monthly Competitor Report, Monthly Sales Report, Buyer Source Report, Buyer Profile Reports, and various other reports when needed within established time frames
• Inventory and order all appeal and promotional items (shirts, hats, name badges, etc.)
• Order all business cards
• Coordinates the production, installation and maintenance of all signage (private residence signs, lot signs, dust control signs, onsite & offsite project signs, etc.)
• Maintain and update all sales collateral
• Set-up and maintain Sales’ file folders on the N drive with all collateral they need
• File Sales Contract and all Sales Addendums in Procore & N Drive
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, event coordination and project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and must be proficient in Excel and Publisher
• Experienced in Hub Spot and email marketing is a plus
• Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
