What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Director position at Christopher House of Worcester?
Christopher House of Worcester (one of the area's Premier Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Centers) is looking for an accomplished Food Service Professional to join our Dining Services team. The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Dining Services operation, in conjunction with the Department Director/Registered Dietitian.
These areas include:
- Food Ordering and Inventory,
- Meal Preparation and oversight of food production.
- Assuring sanitation standards are maintained at all times,
- Assuring Customer Satisfaction
- Planning and preparing special events,
- Participating in facility quality improvement activities,
- Supervising all Dining Services staff members.
- The successful applicant will have a strong background in food production and sanitation, and a minimum of 2 years experience supervising in an Institutional Health Care setting.
- Covid Vaccination initial series preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
