Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day construction operations
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Manage project budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Problem-solve and make decisions to keep projects on track
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management
- Ideally 3 years of Custom home project management experience
- Strong technical skills and understanding of construction processes
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Passion for the construction industry and a commitment to quality
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Full - Time
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary per year, based on experience.
- Per house Bonus, 401K with company match, healthcare reimbursement, truck allowance and gas card
