Responsibilities:
- Handle Pre Suit and/or Litigation cases
- Manage a caseload of personal injury case
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist in trial or with experience 1st chair trials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Florida.
- Must have experience handling and/or litigating personal injury cases.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage caseload.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
