Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma.
Experience :
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with confidential records.
- Experience working with detailed records and/or data.
- Experience with computer software to include word processing and spreadsheets.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience:
- Experience using Banner or another student information system.
- Experience interpreting policies and making decisions within specific policy and procedural guidelines.
- Experience working in an education setting.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Experience using SQL developer or another similar reporting tool.
