What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Ministry Coordinator - Part Time position at Christs Church?
The primary purpose of the Christ's Church (CC) Family Ministry Coordinator role is provide both the administrative and project management support necessary to ensure the consistency and quality of the Family Ministry experiences held at the Mandarin Campus. This role has primary responsibilities supporting all Directors and Associates on the Family team, as well as supporting some centralized functions to ensure consistency of execution and experience within our multi-site model.
Responsibilities & Tasks
People
- Collaborates with Family Ministry Director and Associate Directors for strategic vision and prioritization of projects
- Liaison with other CCStaff teams to ensure coordination efficiency
- Clearly communicate with multi-site Family Ministry Team members to provide support when needed and collaborate on consistent best practices
Process
- Assist with programming preparations - (room set up, leader materials, etc)
- Assist with Room Managements, Master Calendar, and meeting coordination
- Provide logistical support for all trips and events (ordering, booking, planning, etc)
- Submit all necessary workflow requests in ROCK
- Provide project management event planning and support
- Complete team reporting as required :expenses, budgeting, event metrics, etc.
- Create event registrations in ROCK for Family Ministry events
- Review & update monthly reporting metrics with the team
- Assist with weekly ROCK communications and scheduling for parents and volunteers
- Perform routine ROCL data entry and maintenance
- Meet weekly with Family Ministry team (planning/programming/events)
Systems
- Utilize the designated applications in Rock to perform all essential functions required
- Complete all required ROCK dashboard reporting in a timely fashion
- Utilize Office 365 suite of products, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
- Complete all employee related items in Paycom
