  • State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License

Job Details

  • Job Title : Cardiac Sonographer (Registered)
  • Department : Echo Lab (Echocardiography)
  • Performs diagnostic echocardiograms on adults and pediatric patients.

    • Job Requirements

  • A.R.D.M.S. / CCI registered or registry eligible or comparable national accreditation required.
  • State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License.
  • BLS certification issued through American Heart Association within six months of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two year allied health education program that is patient care related.

    • Schedule Information

  • SHIFT : 4 x 10 hour shift rotating
  • START : ASAP

    • Additional Details

  • May be exposed to physical injury, infectious diseases and airborne and blood borne pathogens.
  • Requires knowledge of safety standards to limit exposure to infectious diseases.
