That is exactly what we do every day at Christy & Company Architecture (CCA) and we'd like you to join our team. We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager. Compensation is competitive and is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position.
CCA is a full-service, end-to-end architectural firm specializing in luxury residential buildings. We are rooted in the belief that collaboration, from start to finish, yields superior results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, colleagues, etc. as required to achieve project goals, build and nurture relationships to support the projects and the CCA Client Experience Mission.
- Monitor and manage the progress of CCA's projects through the various stages of development and execution to support the schedule of project deliverables.
- Manage and support the required processes for projects such as: obtaining building permits, submitting to required Community Design Reviews (HOAs), assisting with construction bidding/estimating, and construction administration.
- Guiding the Builder/General Contractor, its subcontractors and trades, in execution of the project.
- Visit sites for research purposes and ensure construction teams are following the plans.
- Develop drawings and documents for design and construction using AutoCAD or Revit as needed under the direction of the Design Principal.
- Ensure detailed review of final drawings and specifications.
- Manage the quality and timeliness of the execution of the work.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design with construction management experience is preferred
- Licensed architect is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit is a plus, but not required
- Luxury residential experience is a plus
