What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Glass /Glazier position at Christy Glass Company?
EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL GLASS / GLAZIER
Glasier are responsible for the following:
- Fabrication & installation of storefronts.
- Install glass & glazing panels, windows, doors, and curtain walls in commercial buildings.
- Commercial door repair
- Curtain wall
- Mirrors
- Caulking and leak repair
- Identify and assess damaged or broken glass, color, type and components.
- Provide accurate dimensions & ability to read tape measure
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine glass and framing installation requirements.
Ideal candidates: Lead glaziers, experienced commercial glaziers.
Requirements:
Glazing: 10 years (Preferred)
Glazing: 10 years (Preferred)
Must be a reliable, career minded and team player.
