POSITION SUMMARY
Christy Catalytics is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development leaders and team on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple tasks and provide crucial administrative support. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to the smooth operation of our Business Development department, supporting activities across various countries and helping drive our global growth strategy.
POSITION DETAILS
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to Business Development leaders and team members.
Manage calendars and coordinate the preparation of relevant information for customer visits.
Maintain documents related to customer visits to Christy facilities.
Support Team meetings with customers as needed.
Meeting and Travel Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, both internal and client-facing.
Assist with travel arrangements for Business Development team members.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Document Management:
Manage and organize digital assets on the CATCO SharePoint intranet site.
Maintain up-to-date files for key compliance documents (e.g., REACH opinion letters, Safety Data Sheets).
Coordinate with other Christy staff to prepare and update documents as needed.
Customer and Partner Support:
Assist with new customer registrations.
Support the management of the master marketing partner spreadsheet.
Coordinate literature, sample requirements, and training with marketing partners.
General Office Support:
Handle correspondence, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Development team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems.
Additional Information
This is a permanent, part-time position with flexible hours.
Occasional additional hours during busy periods may be required.
While primarily supporting the Business Development team, there may be opportunities to assist with other departments as needed.
