- Ensure system availability and performance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and incident response.
- Lead technical design and implementation of critical infrastructure projects.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, collaborating with vendors to resolve complex problems.

- Manage site upgrades and ensure operational stability.
- Support research teams by addressing unique technical needs.
