We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Provide floor care services including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
- Respond to client requests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Carry out custodial duties in common areas as required, ensuring these spaces are tidy and presentable.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
