Summary Description: This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and / or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.

Summary Description: This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and / or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.
Job Responsibilities
- Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
- Complete accurate work order paperwork
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
- Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance
- Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
- Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
- Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
- Have basic computer skills
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
