What we are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (required).
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodels is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to set and achieve personal sales goals.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology.
Other Qualifications:
- Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodels.
- HIS License from the State of California.
- High level of professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
- PC and iPad proficient.
Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Sales Production: Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and offer customized solutions for kitchen and bath remodels.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project process.
- Lead Management: Assist in managing leads to ensure timely follow-up and smooth project coordination.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside the sales and project teams to ensure the successful completion of all remodeling projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
