Responsibilities:
- Safety mindset is required. Operating safely is of paramount importance to our company and our employees.
- Set up, operate, and maintain plastic extrusion machinery.
- Maintain continuous machine operations by following directions in production of orders, trials, samples, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems including software to run lines.
- Move materials and equipment by operating a forklift
- Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of machines and tools.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the equipment and extrusion area of the site.
- Obtain needed materials before and during runs and before change overs
- Notify appropriate personnel of low inventories of materials and parts
- Other related duties as assigned.
You should be proficient in:
- Plastic Extrusion Experience
- Injection Molding Experience
- Blow Molding Experience
