Chroma Color Corporation is looking for a Midwest Sales Role due to growth!!!
The rolw responsible for generating sales in a geographical market. They use their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers, manage relationships, and generate sales for Chroma Color. They ensure client and customer needs are understood and met with excellence, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
Essential Duties:
• Analyze market potential and customer needs and develop relevant and effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Make cold call, pursue leads, and take calls from prospective customers.
• Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
• Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and sales team members to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
• Act as the customer's representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
• Track sales and generate status reports.
• Maintain documentation of client contacts, sales agreements, and contracts.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Achieve or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Keep work area organized and safe at all times.
• Comply with all EHS requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned, including housekeeping and assisting in other areas.
