Responsibilities

- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain classroom discipline.
- Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and special education assistance as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Organize and supervise educational activities, including camps and field trips.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching best practices.
Skills
