Founded in 2023, ChromaLearn is dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through quality education, fostering growth through guidance and mentorship, and providing exposure to invaluable knowledge and opportunities—all while ensuring everything remains free and accessible. In our first year, we have laid a strong foundation by assembling a team of passionate professionals alongside high school and college students, creating a unique dynamic for making a meaningful impact. We initiated a free online 1-on-1 tutoring with successful high school student tutors. Although we mainly focus on the students in the United States, we have tutored students in other countries as well. Currently, we are developing a blog feature designed to share meaningful lessons and to serve as a database for valuable opportunities that everyone can access. We aim to expand our services and launch helpful programs to change the lives of our future generations.Duties & Projects : The CMO / Marketing Director would oversee the current and ongoing projects / tasks -Marketing Strategy : Create and implement marketing plans to reach target audiences, define goals, and promote ChromaLearn’s mission.Brand Management : Maintain and oversee a consistent and recognizable brand identity that aligns with the organization’s values.Campaign Execution : Plan and run advertising and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and attract supporters or participants.Market Research : Gather and analyze data on audience needs and trends to improve marketing strategies.Monthly Reporting : Write a monthly report summarizing campaign performance, research findings, and suggestions for improvement.Marketing Communications : Oversee social media, public relations, digital marketing, and other communication channels to ensure clear and impactful messaging.Additionally, please note that the CMO will temporarily take on the responsibilities of the Social Media Manager until that position is filled.Qualifications & Experience Necessary for the Role : Based in the United StatesAvailable to respond to emails / messaging / inquiries within 24 hoursKnowledge of our internal tools / software helpful or willingness to learn (i.e. PMS Systems, Slack, Canva Pro, Google Workspace, etc.) and familiarity with all relevant mainstream social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Discord, etc)Flexible schedule and able to work with team members across USA time zonesSome knowledge or experience / interest developing and lead marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement, while ensuring consistent brandingSome knowledge or experience / interest in planning and executing campaigns for programs / eventsVolunteer Benefits :
