Are you ready to kickstart your career in manufacturing? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of our experienced supervisors.
Load programs and make simple edits if needed.
Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Use hand tools and machinery to blend surfaces and apply or remove excess material.
Work with various machines, fixtures, and tools to modify parts to specifications.
Follow production specifications to assemble new parts.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Use tracking systems and ensure compliance with our Quality Control Manual (QCM).
Show up regularly and reliably.
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and write in English.
Basic skills in using handheld measuring tools.
Ability to pass a job-related skills test.
