What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Maintenance Technician position at chromalloy?
Electrical Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities :
- Perform laser setup and troubleshooting, laser application, electronic repair, and calibration of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.
- Conduct, maintain, test, and repair electrical / electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
- Apply knowledge of electrical / electronic and mechanical principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore equipment to operation.
- Provide skilled mechanical and electrical / electronic support to all areas of manufacturing. Qualifications :
- Technical degree, certification, accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in the electrical / electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
- Previous experience operating digital multi meters (DMM) and oscilloscopes.
- Proven experience with electronic trouble shooting-temperature control, CNC control, and PLC controlled systems.
- 3 years of computer experience / operation and PLC programming is a plus. What We Offer :
