What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Admin - Shipping & Receiving Clerk I position at Chromalloy?
Receive and ship incoming parts and materials. Verify and issue a repair job number as required for incoming parts and materials. Ensure that all materials, related documents and/or certifications are accounted for. Identify the material using OEM Standard Practice Manual Parts Marking instructions as appropriate.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years prior experience in shipping/receiving in manufacturing environment
Valid Drivers License
Basic Math Skills
Computer literacy
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Receive incoming parts and materials. Verify and issue a repair job number as required.
Identify part numbers and quantities.
Identify the material with the Customer Purchase Order number. In the event that any material certification or customer purchase order is not available at the time of receipt and/or the quantities are incorrect, place order on hold until discrepancies are cleared.
